Refund and Cancellation Policy

At DT6 Automotive Appraisals, we strive to provide the best possible service for our clients. In the event that you are not satisfied with your appraisal or need to cancel your appointment, we have the following policies in place:

• If you are not satisfied with your appraisal, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the appraisal report. To request a refund, please contact us at support@remoteappraisals.ca and provide a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction. Our team will review your request and determine if a refund is warranted.

• If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25.

• If you do not show up for your appointment without providing any notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
